What You’ll Do
Character Rigging & Deformation
-
Create robust, animator-friendly rigs for characters (humans, stylized, creatures)
-
Build skeletons, control systems, and deformation setups (skin weights, blend shapes)

Ensure natural movement in joints, facial expressions, and body mechanics
-
Develop facial rigs that support subtle, cinematic performances
Prop & Environment Rigging

Rig objects and mechanical assets (vehicles, doors, tools, environment elements)

Design functional systems for moving parts such as hinges, pistons, gears, and constraints

Enable interactive and physics-aware behaviour for real-time and cinematic scenes
Collaboration with Animators & Modelers
-
Work closely with modelers to ensure topology supports clean deformation

Collaborate with animators to refine controls for usability and performance
-
Support the team by troubleshooting rig-related issues during production
Cinematic & Performance Support

Ensure rigs can handle demanding cinematic shots, close-ups, and emotional performances
-
Support motion capture workflows and retargeting when needed
-
Maintain consistency in movement quality across sequences
